  The pastor here is a bully.
  
  I was the piano player for them for many years. If I did not meet their expectations, I would be accused of being disobedient. If I didn't play at extra events for free, sacrificing time from my family,they would say I'm not using my talents for God.
  
  After many years of faithful service, and with a newborn, the pastor gave me a whole 30 seconds to tell me he does not need my services.
