  A pleasure to work with, Gary and his staff made this difficult time and our challenging decisions as easy as possible. His experience and family friendly, caring approach, made this process simple and easy to navigate. He took extra time to make sure my family's experience was dignified and personalized, exactly what we needed. My father's military honors were top notch and Gary's superb coordination created a very moving and meaningful service. Couldn't have been easier or better. Very well done!

  I can't say enough nice things about this company. Ellen was very kind and helpful. My sister and I had a lot of questions following our Father's sudden death and she she had all the answers we needed and even helped with getting an obituary in the paper. She was respectful of our limited budget, and late father's wish for simplicity, and never tried to push products or services we didn't need or want. Not familiar with Santa Cruz, we choose this company based mainly on it's location, but I think it was the best choice we could have made.

  The service provided by Benito & Azzaro following the recent passing of my father was truly stellar. Hayley Garcia was the Funeral Counselor who worked with our family. We also had the pleasure of working with Don Payne. Each of these individuals, on behalf of Benito & Azzaro, provided outstanding service, treating the family with the utmost respect and compassion. Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel is an asset to the Santa Cruz County community and I commend their services without reservation. During such difficult times, it's nice to have a great local business available to meet the needs of families and friends experiencing the loss of a loved one.
